My Father's Chair, David Meece

This is an achingly beautiful song of a child, grown to be a man, longing to have a relationship with his earthly father. He has children of his own now and, the best that he can, gives them the unconditional love of a Dad. Still he yearns for the true and eternal relationship with the Heavenly Father. No matter the losses or estranged relationships we have in this life, we have One who loves us and calls us to be an eternal heir when we come to Him through Jesus Christ.
